History

I'm a songwriter in Kansas City on a non-stop recording project with the help of a bunch of my music pals. I plan to go out writing and recording, and I'll be changing the songs on my MySpace page all the time, hopefully as a continuing source of irritation to my detractors. I have not released a new CD in more than 5 years; and I wasn't planning to. However, a good friend of the Kansas City music community, Abigail Henderson (lead singer of The Gaslights), is currently struggling with a serious ailment and the high costs of fighting it. So i am releasing a DC with a dozen new songs, "November Nights", as part of a benefit for Abby. Profits from the sale of the CD go to Abby. The CD is available in Kansas City @ Streetside Records, Prospero's, and It's a Beautiful Day. also it is available on-line, either the whole enchilada or individual songs, at: http://cdbaby.com/cd/howardiceberg. If you play and are around these parts and feel compelled to be included in my ongoing recording project, like a moth drawn to the flame, shoot me a message and we'll work up a song sometime.
