Description
Current Status: Disbanded spring 2004.
Sound description: The music is brutaful. The songs form a thick and punishing display of metallic power that comes closest to the tribal grooves of Sepultura, the aggressiveness of Machine Head, and the sound textures of Meshuggah. It's a huge wall of sound that is full of percussion and low-end bass heavy grooves, with vocals that will rip your head off. Human Ritual has been described as a rhythmic war machine.
Influences: Meshuggah, Sepultura, Tool, Fear Factory, Suffocation, Acid Bath
