History:
Lawrence's JR & the Juniors fired up in 2005 to play a show for free pizza and beer. The twangy outfit has since become a staple of the Mass. St. tour circuit, spreading good cheer with a Blue Mountain mashup of country, bluegrass, folk, blues and jug band music. The current lineup of Spencer Goertz-Giffen (of The Kinetiks), James Dean Rose, JB King, Josephine Michenor, David Barnhill and Lily Mason is often accompanied by guests on jaw harp, fiddle and boozy vocals. You might even hear a "Wizard of Oz" tune or two...
