History:
The Jim Button Band was formed in the fall of 2006 by a few close friends and fellow musicians. What began as a number of Button's home recordings and heartfelt songs has slowly developed into the current formation of the band which employs the creative musicianship of Casey Burge, Brandon Knocke, and DJ Lawrence to flesh out their unique sound. Blending a careful mixture of off-kilter pop sensibilities with the classic feel of old-time blues music (and whatever else they feel like throwing in), The Jim Button Band is quickly becoming a favorite among the elementary school circuit worldwide. Cool, huh? Seriously though ... check 'em out.
