Tales of DETECTION and DENTISTRY!

I recently made it home from my first trip to the dentist in FOURTEEN YEARS.
The good: NO CAVITIES-- this information blew my mind completely out of the back of my skull.
The bad: BLEEDING GUMS, which is going to be treated in four--count 'em, FOUR-- deep cleaning sessions. That's four bloody dates with the IRON HOOK. Yowza.
The weird: I only have three wisdom teeth. One of them grew in without me noticing. The other two are sitting in my mouth sideways, and the dentist sees no reason to take any action against them. So there's ONE traumatic adult milestone I'll never have to mark on my belt, which is a welcome relief... To be honest, I was probably never going to get them removed anyway.
So things are kinda-sorta fouled up in there, but not nearly as bad as I thought they would be. At this rate, I'll never have a smile quite like Amy Winehouse, but who really wants to deal with that, anyway?
And now, because you never asked for it, here's a FRESH BATCH of new stills from our movie. Things are starting to come together pretty fast-- I hope to have the shoot wrapped up by midsummer, and I'm aiming for a big October premiere. Wish me luck!

They can do it (root planing and scaling) in two visits if they want to. They can do two quadrants at a time. BTW, they don't use hooks, they use high speed water pic/drill combo. They should numb you up good first, you won't feel a think...
