This is the best home cookin' avaliable. The fried chicken is well worth the drive, and imo is even better than stroud's in KC, and half the price. The breakfast is fantastic, and the pie is amazing. If you have a bad meal it's your fault for not liking good home cooked food.

Better in the summer when the vegetables are fresh - worth the drive!

This is the best homecookin' around! Travel about 20 minutes out of lawrence for a change and get great food and service for a great price! Good job guys and gals!
