The last few months have been a turbulent time for The Anniversary. The band parted ways with its label (Vagrant, which helped make them a sellout draw across the country) and endured rumors of a fall-out with longtime friends and supporters The Get Up Kids. Regardless -- or maybe because of all this? -- the band has made music more interesting than ever. Drawing from a diverse pallate of reggae, hip-hop and jazz influences, the band has brewed up a new batch of tunes that will have people wondering if this band can ever sit still. And the old tunes? Well, you might recognize them...
