WCA Armwrestling — Lawrence Challenge

Description: Over The Top Entertainment presents the World Championship Armwrestling (”WCA”) Lawrence Challenge, featuring The Enforcer arm wrestling machine for Saturday, April 30th at The Ranch 2515 W 6th St. Lawrence KS 66049. Weigh-ins will be from 7:00-9:00 PM, double elimination tournament to follow. There is a $10.00 entry fee for participants, prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each of five (5) men’s divisions and two (2) women’s divisions. Public invited to attend, anyone encouraged to enter.

Over The Top Entertainment presents World Championship Armwrestling (“WCA”), sanctioning body behind future arm wrestling tournaments held in Kansas and around the world. “Cactus Jack” Barringer, Iowa business man and entrepreneur, has showcased his new invention, “The Enforcer” arm wrestling machine on such national shows as The Best Damn Sports Show Period, ESPN2 Cold Pizza, Fox News Fox & Friends, CNBC Power Lunch, Sporting News Radio Murray in the Morning, Fox Radio’s The Steve Czaban Show, and others.

“The Enforcer” arm wrestling machine, complete with an electronic scoreboard and moving message signs, allows arm wrestlers to compete without the controversy traditionally surrounding the sport. “The Enforcer” eliminates arguments over technique and hand position. Contestants hold a lever similar to a handlebar and “The Enforcer” measures each competitor’s strength. In addition, Barringer has built in four stations allowing team arm wrestling. Even further, two left handed stations allow left and right-handed arm wrestlers to compete against each other.

World Championship Armwrestling is presented by Over The Top Entertainment, a Topeka, KS based sports and entertainment company. Over The Top Entertainment and World Championship Armwrestling are a new form of entertainment recently introduced to the Kansas area.
