What drummer can claim to be a member of The Turtles, the Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young band and the only one to play in both Jefferson Airplane and Jefferson Starship? Johnny Barbata. With over 100 albums to his credit, Barbata has provided the backbeat to such enduring songs as The Turtles' "Happy Together," Starship's "Miracles" and Neil Young's "Ohio." The musician will be signing copies of a newly edited edition of his biography, "Johny Barbata: The Legendary Life of a Rock Star Drummer," which offers tales of being in studios and on the road with some of the foremost figures of popular music.
