Blackpool Lights are a new all-star local band featuring Jim Suptic (The Get Up Kids), Brian Everard (The Belles, The Creature Comforts), Billy Brimblecom (The Start, The Creature Comforts) and J.D. Warnock (Ultimate Fakebook, The Creature Comforts). Get Up Kids fans should warm up fast to the group's bouncey, workaholic guitar rock, propelled by the shotgun drum fills of Brimblecom and dueling lead guitars of Suptic and Warnock. The band's debut full-length is due early 2006.
