Head East

with Saucy Jack

Slow Ride Roadhouse

$15 advance / $20 day of showSure it's not exactly the original lineup - only keyboardist Roger Boyd remains from the "Flat as a Pancake" days - but Head East is actually heading west to perform in Lawrence for the first time in decades. The St. Louis act is best known for its classic rock staple "Never Been Any Reason" (featuring Boyd's rocking synth solo), with its anthemic chorus of "Save my life, I'm going down for the last time." Clearly there is still some musical air left in the lungs of Head East.
