The Moggs / The Harvey Girls
When: Friday, Sept. 16, 2005, 10 p.m.
Where: The Eighth Street Tap Room, 801 N.H., Lawrence
Cost: $2
Age limit: 21+
Categories: Rock
Description: Whether it's yin and yang or chocolate and peanut butter, some things were just meant to go together. Such is the case with Miss Minor and Sir Plus of The Moggs. The husband and wife team has spent the last four years holed up recording in a Victorian manor in the hills of Petaluma, Calif. Their resulting debut, "The White Belt is Not Enough," is a fine combination of dissonant and moody. Now the pair has hit the road. Those who can't afford to see The White Stripes can at least witness the same "guitarist guy/drummer girl" instrumentation when The Moggs join The Harvey Girls.

Dear THG-
Megan and I just got back from vacation tonight, the 17. Tell you about it over beers on October 1st, though, yeah?
Oh, and DJ Dig Dug, congrats on staring down SLIM Admin.
