"Eastside Art Show"

Description: A multimedia unjuried neighborhood art event featuring artists from 3 to 93 who live and/or work in the heart of Lawrence's lively arts community east of Massachusetts Street.
Poets, painters, and found object manipulators. Musicians, metalsmiths, and sidewalk orators. Hippies, hipsters, and pre-kindergarten performers. Sculptors, stencilers, and neo-trendsetters. All will be there on the eastside, where curious creations can be found in the alleys and trees, and the artists all wear their hearts on their sleeves.

with treats by Sugarfoot and music by Red Lefty

JUST ANNOUNCED!: Solidarity Center is another venue in the Eastside Arts gathering. It will be hosting a number of poets/spoken word artists as well as art contributed from Eastsiders. The art show begins at 6pm and the poets begin at 7pm.
