From the promoters FREE TO THE PUBLIC! Come join us again this year for our annual Summer Concert series, Lyrics at the Library! Once again, as in prior years, we will be bringing an eclectic mix of music to downtown Kansas City, Kansas. Stop by and enjoy the summer weather as well as a treat from one of the fine local food vendors who will be participating. Concerts will be on the plaza in front of the Main Branch of the Kansas City Kansas Public Library with music starting at noon. Featured performers will be:June 13: Be entertained by one man band JAZZBOJune 27: Dance to the music of ROMAN NUMERALSJuly 11: Enjoy jazz music from THE GRAND MARQUISJuly 25: KKFI Presents acoustic jazz by LAST FREE EXITEach concert will last approximately one hour.
