Description: Sponsored by Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department and the Rice Foundation, the city band will present a free concert at 8 p.m. every Wednesday night through July 16 at South Park.

June 18 - A Chautauqua Concert Lawrence in the 1930s
with guest conductor Col. Arnald D. Gabriel, U.S. Air Force, retired
and trombone soloist Michael Davidson
June 25 - Annual Childrens Concert
July 2 - A Star-Spangled Spectacular
July 9 - From Kansas City to New York to Vienna and Russia
July 16 - Season Finale
Including the 1812 Overture and Stars and Stripes Forever
