Nothing says "God Bless America" like a Kid Rock/Lynyrd Skynyrd double bill. Rock's reverence for Skynyd resulted in his 2008 hit "All Summer Long," which added another drop in the pond of songs that sound exactly like "Sweet Home Alabama" and "Werewolves of London" and anointed Rock as the official "Puff Daddy of southern butt-rock." The two bandana-clad acts are hooking up for 22 dates this summer to support important causes like bikinis and Confederate flags.
