Jim Krause has been playing banjo, fiddle, and guitar in the Lawrence area for many years. You may have heard him at the Farmer's Market or with the Euphoria Stringband. One minute he'll be singing a traditional Appalachian ballad, maybe followed by a raggy blues or a country song, followed by one of his own original compositions. He teaches banjo at Americana Music Academy.
Host Larry Carter performs the first 10 minutes, usually on improvisational piano.
