Synth-core hipsters The Faint may be the best reminder in recent years that the '80s never really died. The Omaha band's most recent full-length "Fasciinatiion" is full of the same robotic jerkiness and Orwellian techno that characterized past efforts like "Danse Macabre." The group chose to part ways with its longstanding label Saddle-Creek, producing and releasing the album independently. Influenced by singer Todd Fink's dance-clubbing experiences in Berlin, it's further proof that The Faint's imitation of the '80s is far better than other bands' imitations of The Faint. Show starts at 8:45 p.m.
