The Trinity Episcopal Church’s annual Ploughman’s Lunch and Trinity Treasures and Bake Sale will take place on Friday, November 14, 2014 at the church at 10th and Vermont Streets.
The sale begins at 10am and closes at 2pm, lunch will be served from 11am until 2pm.
In the English pub tradition of a simple lunchtime meal is served. There will be three soup choices: Tuscan vegetarian, white chili, French onion, accompanied by cheese, Wheatfield’s bread, and apple pie and coffee or tea.
Trinity Treasures sale features the creative work of many of the women in the church. Some of the items are made by locally known fine artists. The results of their skills include hand knit sweaters, hats and scarves, toys and doll clothes, delightful girls’ dresses, nightgowns, aprons and hot pads, and gorgeous decorations for your home and table for both holidays. A yummy bake sale is an added bonus.

The tickets are $8.00 per person at the door.
Proceeds from this event go to Douglas County charities among them are C.A.S.A., Trinity Interfaith Food Pantry, LINK, Health Care Access, Midnight Farms, Habitat for Humanity.
