A Kid's Consignment Sale Event scheduled on March 26-28 at

the Holiday Inn Convention Center helps provide hundreds of families

with extra $$ as they sell their gently used children's items like

clothing, toys, furniture. gear etc. and also helps provide community

afford their needs for their kids.  

At the end of the sale, all items not picked up by consignors are

donated to Penn House in Lawrence KS who also helps out our community a

LOT.  We are also supporting Pregnancy Crisis Center in Lawrence this

year. People can donate items like diapers, baby wash, wipes and  baby

formula and they can shop our PreSale before we open to the public.

Admission is always FREE.



Kid's Closet Connection Lawrence has been helping out families in our

community since 2009. “We’re not into this for the money. We’ve only

made enough to turn around and do another sale. It’s not a big profit

but it helps us and it helps Douglas  County,” There’s so many people

that this helps. I couldn’t tell you how many people come up to us

during a sale and we end up with tears in our eyes because it just is

amazing for them to say to us ‘Thank you, this helps us,’ because you

could buy an outfit for three or four dollars.” or "Thank you I am able

to pay my electric bill this month" because of the extra money they have

from selling.
