Warm up to a couple $1 Sake shots and get down as DJ's Konsept and Sku play Hip-Hop/Rap from the late 70's/early 80's all the way to todays stuff. Everything from "Underground" (stuff on Def Jux, Rhymesayers, Chocalate Industries, Quannum, etc), to "Gangsta" (early Dre, early Snoop, N.W.A., Slim Thug, Getto Boys, early Kid Frost etc), to what people call the "Golden Age" of Hip-Hop (Black Sheep, Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth, early Heiroglyphics, Lords of the Underground etc) whatever. If it's Hip-Hop/Rap and is or was hot at some point, we'll probably play it. We also play alot of the stuff that influenced Hip-Hop like reggae, funk, old soul etc. Every Tuesday at The Gaslight Tavern in Lawrence. 18+.

Mass Appeal is actually only $2 for guys and it's free for ladies.
We also now have a $2 Pint special.
