See the world for free! The Commons presents the 11-part BBC documentary series "Planet Earth." Come by the Commons in Spooner Hall weekdays from Tuesday, April 22 (Earth Day) through Friday, May 9, where you can check out our new audio-visual capabilities and catch an episode of Planet Earth. A new episode will air each weekday from 2-3p.m.Episodes include: Pole to Pole; Mountains; Deep Ocean; Deserts; Ice Worlds; Shallow Sea; Great Plains; Jungles; Fresh Water; Seasonal Forests; and Caves. In the words of one reviewer, Planet Earth is "a visual stunner, an intelligent travelogue of our planet and the mass of forms and life forms that share it, made even more remarkable by the camera work, which captures things few have ever seen, and in ways that will leave you breathless."
