I've been trying to look online for information on this, but I can't really find anything that answers my situation. I just turned 20 and my girlfriend is still 17 years old. Here in Kansas, is it illegal for us to have sex? I would really like to know because I don't want to end up getting in trouble for something I'm not sure about. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for writing. It's nice to get the pedophile perspective. As you may know, Kansas law is perfectly clear on this -
"long 's y'all ain't no pillabiter, y'alls fine" (State of Kansas v. Homos, 310 US 114, 2005). But that's all legal mumbo jumbo. To help us gain a moral perspective, we consulted the state's top advisor on matters of the clergy, who stated, "Clearly, this young man could
be dating someone closer to his own age; someone he could share more in common with; someone with whom he could build a lasting relationship and family. But there's 17, and there's "17." He then winked and slapped us on the back. Enjoy. -homies

I myself think you should leave the comment part of this off. This forum hurts business, and takes money away from resturanteers.
