Although it's a shameless tear-jerker, "My Sister's Keeper" also raises difficult and thought-provoking ethical questions. The film focuses on the Fitzgerald family, who medically engineered a child (Abigail Breslin) as a perfect genetic match to help save the life of their older daughter (Sofia Vassilieva), who has leukemia.
