The Coen Brothers deliver a taut, terrific take on the Cormac McCarthy novel about a psycho killer, a Vietnam vet and a Lone Star sheriff, and the bag of money that brings them together on the borderlands of 1980 West Texas. Tommy Lee Jones, Josh Brolin, and Javier Bardem headline this eerily quiet and bracingly bloody adaptation.
