'Will & Grace' glance back

A very funny hour-long repeat episode of "Will & Grace" (8 p.m., NBC) flashes back to Thanksgiving of 1985 when college-age Will and Grace are "dating." In addition to a witty sendup of the era's fashion fiascoes and music mishaps, we learn how Will broke the news of his gay status both to Grace and to himself.

We also get a glimpse of Jack as a teen-ager, and a glimpse at Karen before she settled down with the never-seen Stan.

One of the worst things about Thursday nights (besides the fact that it is dominated by the dreadful "Survivor") is that you have to choose between "Will & Grace" and the excellent "CSI." The ensemble acting on "Will & Grace" has gotten better with each season, and the writing has gotten sharper. Karen's (Megan Mullally) audacious narcissism is more brazen than ever, even rivaling the delicious decadence found on the best British sitcoms and that includes "Absolutely Fabulous."

Bill Maher continues his dialogue about teen issues on "Politically Incorrect" (12:05 a.m., ABC). Tonight, his guests include Ashley Power, Daniel Tamaki and Demi Bardsley.

Power is the creator of Goosehead.com, a popular Web site for teens. Bardsley is a teen-age abstinence advocate. Tamaki is a student.
