The first building at Wakarusa Corporate Centre, 18th Street and Wakarusa Drive, is on track for completion in September, said Phil DiVilbiss, principal for The Bristol Groupe in Mission Hills. The Bristol Groupe is hoping to attract high-tech companies to lease portions of its 55,000-square-foot building. The building also could accommodate an "incubator" for new high-tech companies, which then could move into larger spaces in the development as they grow, DiVilbiss said. Wakarusa Corporate Centre is slated to have another three buildings, each with three levels and a total of 85,000 square feet.
