Vehicles splash through rushing water on Louisiana Street after a water main erupted at Parkhill Terrace and Kansas Street. The water main break, which occurred around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, was quickly controlled by city workers, who shut off the water. Before they could do so, however, the water ran down Louisiana Street and into nearby cul-de-sacs.
