Miss Cellaneous

The fifth annual Art Tougeau parade gives Miss Cellaneous, a self-proclaimed hag, a chance to dance through downtown Lawrence and scatter confetti. Miss Cellaneous was promoting Lawrence's short-attention span variety show, "Three Minutes or Less," in Saturday's parade.
