Lawrence's Free State High School first opened for occupancy in 1997. Now in its fifth year, the high school will soon graduate its class of 2002, the third to go through their entire secondary education at Lawrence's second (major) high school.
Home of the Firebirds, the gymnasium is also the site of numerous physical education classes. This 360-degree panorama was shot on the morning of Jan. 4, 2002, before the day's activities in the gym began.
