It's official. I am thoroughly sick of Ozzy, Sharon and the kids. The last straw came last week, when the untalented Jack was invited to judge talent on "Star Search." The Osbournes are seriously overexposed and in grave danger of crossing over into Steven Tyler territory.
MTV's first family is host of the 30th Annual American Music Awards (7 p.m., ABC), broadcast live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
The Osbournes also are feted on "100 Moments That Rocked TV" (9 p.m., VH1), a carelessly compiled collection of clips with host Molly Shannon. The five-night series will count down 20 classic moments per night.
Tonight's other highlights
Football fever on "King of Queens" (7 p.m., CBS) ... Harper frets about a new hoop star on "Boston Public" (7 p.m., Fox) ... Lucy's puppet theater attracts a new member on "7th Heaven" (7 p.m., WB). Ray and Debra expect Robert to remain in their debt on "Everybody Loves Raymond" (8 p.m., CBS).
