What were you doing when scouted? Studying at Java Break.
Favorite stores? Wild Man Vintage, Jensen Liquor, Dillons.
How would you describe your style? Hot and humid and near the water.
Where do you get your hair cut? Downtown Barber or Kevin at Static, depending on how much money I want to spend.
Favorite trends? Swarovski Crystals on cell phones, visible cleavage/bulge, concealed weapons, and scars/scabs.
Least favorite trends? Initials on purses and clothing, and initials as fashion in general.
Favorite coffee shop? I like Java Break because it’s cold and dark in there.
Favorite bar? I like the Replay when there’s a day show, because I usually have to get up early for work. I also like Vermont Street Barbeque for the cheap drinks on Monday and Tuesday.
What would you like to see more of in Lawrence? Bicycles built for two, a go-kart track, a roller skating rink, and another skate park.
What would you like to see less of? Bad drivers.
Who are your fashion influences? “Wet Hot American Summer,” high school students, and Wilt Chamberlain.
What’s your favorite Lawrence summer activity? Wake up around 9 a.m. Read the paper outside on the porch while the wife makes breakfast. Play tennis. Help nurse a stray dog back to health. Go to the public pool. End the day with a rollerblade session in the evening.
Tell us a secret: I haven’t worn underwear since high school.
