What were you doing when scouted? Enjoying a Monday afternoon off after working all weekend at the Plaza Art Fair for the museum.

Favorite places? Free State Brewery, Cafe Beautiful, Taproom, Replay, Henry's on 8th, the Bourgeois Pig, Allen Fieldhouse, Spencer Museum of Art, the Lied Center, The Sandbar, and Pachamamas.

How would you describe your style? Let me put it this way, I got my style from my Great Uncle Eri and from watching the movies of Cary Grant, Steve McQueen and Gary Cooper.

Where do you get your hair cut? Michelle at the Velvet Chair.

Favorite trends? I don't like trends, I like things that are timeless.

Least favorite trends? Since I don't like trends, I don't have any least favorite.

Favorite coffee shop? La Prima Tazza, because they're in my neighborhood.

Favorite bar? I'd have to say the Free State Brewery, because it's my front porch and they're neighbors of mine. And I love them.

What would you like to see more of in Lawrence? I'd like to see more international artists, which there will be more of, because the Spencer Museum is going to have an international artist-in-residence program starting soon.

What would you like to see less of? Intolerance. Always intolerance. Even as tolerant as we think this town is, we could always use more.

Who are your fashion influences? Groucho Marx

What are you reading? The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay by Michael Chabon. I highly recommend it.
