Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is sworn in by Tim Saunders, Executive Clerk of the White House, as President Barack Obama holds the Bible on Tuesday in the Oval Office of the White House in Washington.

President Obama reached his first 100 days in office today. At the end of the 99th day in office, the Obama administration swore in former Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius as Health and Human Services Secretary; Mark Parkinson was sworn in as Kansas’ 45th governor. Most public polling shows Obama with high approval numbers, including a recent ABC/Wall Street Journal poll giving the president a job approval of 69%.
