Style Scout: Krista Suter

Krista Suter

Name: Krista Suter

Age: 23

Sign: Pisces/Tiger

Hometown: Norman, OK

Time in Lawrence: 5 years

Occupation: Student and incredible server.

What were you doing when scouted? I was getting coffee at Henry's.

Favorite places? The Antique Mall, Henry's, the river, my roof, La Parilla, and Zen Zero.

How would you describe your style? Business in the front, party in the back.

Where do you get your hair cut? I get my hair cut at Choppers in Shawnee by a girl named Julie, but sometimes I cut it myself.

Favorite trends? Wolves, laziness ... 'cause if I can make it look this good, so can you. Boots are awesome. I also like Native inspired jewelry, cut off pants, and beanie hats.

Least favorite trends? Sweatpants and sandals, because there is such a thing as being too lazy.

Tattoos/piercings? Fuck no, my body is a temple.

Favorite coffee shop? I like Henry's, because they have hot babes working there and the best drinks.

Favorite bar? The Replay, because of the hot babes and it's my second home.

What would you like to see more of in Lawrence? Working-class men and punks to expand my mating pool. Overall, I like Lawrence the way it is.

What would you like to see less of? Cell phones, babies, and dogs.

Who are your fashion influences? Little Pete from 'The Adventures of Pete and Pete,' mullets, John Wayne, and all of my friends ... especially Miss Jayme Walden.

People say I look like? Yasmine Bleeth

What's in your purse? Sketch books, money, smokes, a beanie cap, and a book of erotic short stories.

Tell us a secret: I think I lost my virginity to Wiley watching Wayne's World.
