How do you save money?

"I got a second job and started selling my game 'art' to fund my video game addiction. I also started renting most games instead of buying them, unless its a game I know I am going to commit more than 50 hours to.

I used to believe that eating out was cheaper than cooking from scratch for just one person, then I looked at my bank statement and did the math only to realize that I was a complete retard for ever thinking that. Now I cook 100% from scratch using recipes from websites and am spending less than 25% of what I was spending on crap food.

Sometimes I sneak my own beer into bars. Not only does it save money, it saves time. It's nice not to have to wait at the bar to overpay for a can of PBR."

How do you splurge money?

"Collector's editions of video games I love, like the Prestige Edition of Modern Warfare 2. It came with night vision goggles and adding night vision goggles to anything creates instant awesome.

I also collect action figures and vintage game magazines, so whenever I have extra cash I normally head straight to eBay in hopes of finding something new for one of my collections."
