How would you describe your style: Kind of outdoorsy, Sunflower Bike Shop style. I like to wear plaid, and my wife always makes fun of me for it. For work, I wear slacks and a nice shirt.

Who are your fashion influences: I admire the style of guys who are well-dressed but not over-the-top.

What are your favorite fashion trends: Blazers and plaid.

What are your least favorite fashion trends: My wife tries to get me to wear sweater vests and stuff like that, and I just can’t do it. It can look stylish on other people, but it’s just not for me.

What would you like to see more of in Lawrence: I would like to see downtown grow and become more of a metropolitan area.

What would you like to see less of in Lawrence: Homeless people.

People say I look like: I get Chris Martin from Coldplay, and people used to say I looked like Jerod Haase, the KU basketball player.
