I made a pot roast this week. It was delicious. So delicious, it had a profound effect on my worldview.
Everywhere I looked, all I could see was meat. I'm apparently not the only one to be overwhelmed by the sublime spiritual transformation of a good pot roast. Artist Nicolas Lampert has made my dreams manifest with his series of meatscapes.
He's the Thomas Kincaid of the This Is Why You're Fat and Pimp That Snack crowd. Fans reverently refer to him as "The Painter of Comfort Wipe".
Enjoy some succulent slices from Nicolas Lampert, maestro of meat.
