Oh my God...it's the Depressed Pug in a Cuisinart with Lobster Cat and Kate Gosselin's hair times eleventy billion. Below is a horrifying collection of grooming monstrosities from dog shows around the United States.
I didn't think anything could be more embarrassing than sweaters and cute hats, but this is some "120 Days of Sodom" level depravity. Ouch.
From a cultural perspective, it's even more shameful that this is being reported by a British newspaper. As if they didn't already think we were a nation full of overfed, undereducated Wal-Mart beasts. Now they've dug up photographic evidence that we're emotionally stunted toddler-people who treat our pets like Anne Geddes treats our babies.
Well...well...shut up! Our version of "The Office" is funnier than yours! Take that, entire island nation!

What, no Falcor? Pssht...these people need to think outside the box. I want to see a dog that is groomed to look like Falcor, AND a dog that's groomed to look like Rock Biter.

Safari dogs and duck dog look really depressed. This is kind of awesome though, I wonder if they take their dogs out for walks looking like this?
