The internet has a new Photoshop celebrity to join the pantheon of Photo Crashing Squirrel, Kanye West, and Fat Kid With A Guitar.
Meet Sad Rat, and Sad Rat really is quite sad. As originally reported by Gothamist, it's a very large rat who tried to squeeze through the crack of a New York sidewalk. Much like a KU football player attempting to crawl through the Taco Bell window, it got stuck.

We'll never know what it was straining for (I'd like to imagine it was also tempted by a Chalupa), for this wretched rodent died in the process. Thus, out of tragedy, was born Sad Rat.
We'll let the internet mourn in its own peculiar way...by desecrating this poor pest's memory and pissing all over its grave with Photoshop. (Mad props to corduroypants!)
