Epic Nervous Breakdown After Energy Drink Prank

Daily Dose

Who needs energy drinks when you're constantly fueled by psychopathic rage?

I debated posting this for a while since it’s basically an extended commercial for an energy drink I’ve never heard of and will never drink. But the nuclear nervous meltdown captured on video here is just too epic to deny.

So there’s this guy who started up an energy drink company out of his parents’ house called Vital Energy. He thought it would pretty funny to move the entire back stock of the atomic swill from the basement of his parents’ house up into the main floor while they were away on a trip. Hundreds upon hundreds of cases of Vital Energy were shifted into the living room, dining room and the dad’s study.

His mom did not take it very well. As far as I can tell, her reaction is real.

I know it’s basically a Bam Margera prank, but it doesn’t involve Bam Margera, so it’s infinitely more palatable. Enjoy.

    I call viral marketing shenanigans.

Yeah, I see where you're coming from J.B. (can I call you J.B.?), and had the same doubts when I first saw it a few days ago. But after doing a bit of rooting around, I'm fairly certain that, while it's obviously a marketing gimmick, the mom's reaction is genuine.

With that kind of certainty which couldn't possibly come back to bite me in the kiester, I'm sure it will turn out to be a hoax in 5, 4, 3, 2...

I think at least dad was in on it. He walks in the door looks straight at the camera with a smile, then forcefully tries to avoid looking at the camera through the rest of the video.
