What are your current favorite fashion trends? High-waisted skirts, cowboy boots, handcrafted rings and artisan jewelry.

What are your least favorite fashion trends? I like modest, purposeful clothing, so anything that’s not weather-appropriate isn’t for me. I’m not one for the whole “beauty is pain” — I’d rather be warm.

What would you like to see more of in Lawrence? A Macaroni Grill, or any restaurant that has bread as good as theirs.

What would you like to see less of in Lawrence? I wouldn’t change a thing. I like Lawrence just the way it is.

Do you have any fashion influences? I follow a lot of design blogs and watch “Project Runway,” but I’m more of a bargain shopper…

Do you have any tattoos or piercings? I’m getting a tattoo on Friday! And I have my nose and ears pierced.

People say I look like… someone that they know or Dakota Fanning. I just wish I looked like an Olsen twin.
