Theatre Lawrence will open its 36th season this week with “9 to 5: The Musical,” a comedy based on the 1980 hit movie that featured Dolly Parton, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin.
Shows are scheduled Friday, Sept. 21, through Sept. 23, Sept. 27-30 and Oct. 4-7. Shows are at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and at 2:30 p.m. Sunday afternoons at 1501 N.H. A 6:30 p.m. reception, which is open to the public, is planned before Friday’s opening-night show.

Correction to above: The show actually opens Friday- not THursday, September 21st. The reception, catered my Mariscos is for FRIDAY's performance. Thursday is a closed dress rehearsal.
