Audience will move through castle during dance performance of Poe tale

Lawrence’s Arts in Motion Dance Company is performing “The Masque of the Red Death” in a unique, walk-through performance at the Castle Tea Room.

Performances are planned for 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the tea room, 1307 Massachusetts St. Audience members will travel through the castle encountering a new dance in each of seven rooms as the famous Edgar Allen Poe story unfolds.

Space is limited, and tickets are $10. Reservations are required and should be made by emailing Arts in Motion is a company of Lawrence’s Point B Dance. Directors are Cathy Patterson and Carly Malsom.
