Almost every Lawrence sushi restaurant offers its own specialty.
Sushi Station, 1730 W. 23rd St., has come up with a fish "cocktail"
that contains radish, lettuce, cucumber, lemon, green onion, radish
sprouts, fish eggs, fresh tuna and ponzu sauce in a cocktail glass.
