Suken-style hand rolls are a popular item at Sushi Station. The
finger food is wrapped in nori (dried seaweed) and stuffed with:
lettuce, vinegar-seasoned rice, avocado, barbecued freshwater eel,
shrimp tempura, house eel sauce and black sesame seeds.
