Live painting by Puerto Rican artist Jose Gameliel Crespo Rosado is just one of the ways Tapas Mexican Food, 724 Mass., is trying to stand out. When Tapas opened in January, it became the seventh locally owned Latin-tinged restaurant downtown and the third to open since October.
