Both Lawrence artists were preparing for an exhibit opening Friday and their show "From the 60s to Sixty Something - A Journey of Art and Friendship." Brothers got word Wednesday that the National D-Day Memorial, where Brothers has several sculptures, has financial problems that could force its closure.
