Lumberyard Arts Center gallery coordinator Sandy Cardens looks into a model of Fischer's Fancy Grocers, later Ford's IGA, which opened in 1908 at the corner of Eighth and High streets in Baldwin City. The model will be on display as part of the Way We Worked exhibit opening March 23 at the Lumberyard Arts Center.
