About this place
This is the Disneyland of bagel shops, with hip, cartoonish decor and zany toppings like Salmon spread. Bagel sandwiches and a one-of-a-kind Thai roll up make for great breakfast and lunch selections, but expect to pay more for specialty items. And at three dollars-a-pop, the fresh squeezed orange juice would be a tough sell if it weren't so damned good. Don't forget to pick up a tin lunch box to forever preserve the memory of your visit to Einstein's.
